Psychic Prediction Commentary: Mother of Child Falls in to Gorilla Pen and Says "Accidents Happen." What Really Happened?
The event left thousands to wonder, "What exactly was this child's parents thinking?" The mother gave some insight in to what she was actually thinking when she posted the following comments on social media:
“God protected my child until the authorities were able to get to him. My son is safe and was able to walk away with a concussion and a few scrapes [...] no broken bones or internal injuries.
As a society we are quick to judge how a parent could take their eyes off of their child and if anyone knows me I keep a tight watch on my kids. Accidents happen […],” Gregg wrote, as cited by several media outlets.
"Accidents happen."
Yes, this was an 'accident,' I guess you could call it, but there was negligence on the mother's part, too. True, the area around the pen was crowded so it was easy for her child to get lost in the crowd. It was even easier for her to lose him since she was so busy TEXTING ON HER DAMN PHONE!
I cannot forgive this woman for putting her child in danger while she tended to how many "likes" or "dislikes" she had received on Twitter and Facebook. I also cannot forgive her for having no remorse whatsoever over the loss of this animal. To me, I can see that she feels entitled, and angered by the outrage surrounding her actions.
The moral of the story? PUT DOWN YOUR F'ING PHONE, PEOPLE AND PAY ATTENTION! I give this woman one, big fat "dislike!"
